Polish design studio Ah & Oh has put together a nice little spec concept for mens cologne featuring some notable historic writers in the shape of an inkwell for a quill. It’s a slick looking set of packaging and it would be interesting to see one on an actual shelf in a retail environment.

The HUGO perfume was released in 1995 and comes now in the new Rashid bottle, which is limited to 1000 pieces worldwide. The bottle will be available at 100 retailers, including Selfridges (London), Sephora (Paris), Harvey Nichols (Dubai) and the Gallerie Lafayette in Berlin starting next week where the launch event is also taking place.”

Green Day, a post-punkband, played in Cologne (Köln, Germany) last monday. I tried to capture the light, sound and fireworks of the concert. I know, a futile attempt.

Hugo Hoppmann has some really simple but considered work in his portfolio. There is some nice use of typography going on throughout his body of work and it’s pretty impressive considering his tender age of 21 years.
